MantisBT Project Handbook
This handbook defines how humans and agents use MantisBT as the shared project-management cockpit.
Mantis is the visible source of truth for:
- ideas and backlog
- planned releases
- phases and parent tasks
- child implementation tasks
- blockers and decisions
- validation notes
- changelog-ready work
Agents should work inside Mantis like normal developers. If a task changes shape while working, the issue tree should change with it.
